Companies are claiming to use local domestic labor when dealing with the outcomes of the gambling machines as it has been very difficult to obtain licenses and the sensitivity of the matter is one they prefer to have local control over.

Where the outsourced engineers have excelled is in the creation of the peripherals for the gambling slot machines. These peripherals include such items as graphics and sound, but now the Gaming Control Board wants to put a stop to those who are not properly licensed in order to gain more control over the casino industry.

Casino slot machines have come a long way from the physical three reel machine that stops frequently. Now these games consist of complex graphics and sounds that add to the random selection by computer of the lucky winner. One of the new and false advertising part of casino slots is it can actually display what appears to be a win to an unsuspecting customer, but was clearly a loss from the former casino player.

The lack of control by the Gaming Control Board has caused them to want to take over and enforce further regulations on the casino slot machines. Although many casinos will fight this battle against the Board, they are put in place in order to protect the casino operators as well as the potential players that will sit down at the computerized slot machines. Without licensing, there is no way to regulate a safe gambling experience from player to player.

Over the next few months, casino operators and the gaming control board will try to reach common ground that allows the operators to further expand their arsenal of games and to stay on the cutting edge of innovative games, but all the while maintaining a sense of control over the rapidly growing gambling market.
