Slot Tournaments at VIP Slots Casino

Author: scott  //  Category: Online Casino, Slots

With the work week starting to wind down toward the weekend, it’s not too early to start thinking about weekend slot tournaments. Actually, even on Monday it’s not too early to look forward to weekend slot tournaments. You can think about whatever you want. I won’t judge you.

The biggest tournaments going on right now at VIP Slots Casino are the Slots-tember tournament and the Slottery. The Slots-tember tournament started back on September 1 and doesn’t end until September 30. That means you have another week to play, which is good, because you won’t want to miss out on this opportunity.

The Slots-tember tournament is played on the Beat the Bank slot, which is a game with a bank heist theme. It’s a fun, interactive game that lets you relive some of your favorite scenes from all of those fun heist movies. The buy-in for this slot tournament is only $5 and you compete for a share of a $100,000 prize pool. Rarely can you play in a tournament with such a large prize pool for an entry fee as little as $5.

For a smaller slot tournament, there is also the Slottery, which takes place in five parts throughout the month. The fourth part ends on September 26, which is three days from now. That part of the slot tournament is played on the Naughty Ninjas slot (aren’t the best ninjas always naughty?). There is a $5 entry fee and players compete for a share of the pot. Once that tournament ends on Saturday, a new Slottery begins. The fifth and final part of the Slottery tournament runs from September 26 until October 3. It is played on the Cash Caboose slot. Like the other parts of the Slottery, this tournament has a $5 entry fee and players compete for the pot.

To take part in either the Slots-tember tournament or the Slottery, visit VIP Slots Casino before the tournaments end.

Lithuania expanding their gambling operations

Author: scott  //  Category: Online Casino

Lithuania is expanding their online gambling operations to allow extra games provided by a Greek company. Currently, the state lottery company of Olifeja has a monopoly on online gambling in Lithuania. Aside from sports betting, all online gambling is done through them. That has limited what they can do but now they’re accepting outside help.

Olifeja began as a provider of the traditional lottery game and then added bingo and keno, but none of the most popular casino games. They have now signed a contract with Intralot, an online gambling software developer based in Athens, Greece, and things are about to change. With the help of Intralot, they will soon offer a wider range of games, including online poker, instant win games and more. The games will be presented with better technology that should make the gaming experience more fun for visitors.

Antanas Murasaka, a spokesman for Olifeja, said that the deal will provide Lithuanian citizens with “exciting interactive games” and they will soon “become leader of the interactive gaming market in Lithuania.” Intralot is equally excited in the opportunity to join the Lithuanian market, even if it isn’t a large company. George Zenzefilis, general director of Intralot, said that by providing superior software, they will further Olifeja’s business and make it a “highly lucrative interactive gaming market.”

With the country soon to be offering a full online casino industry rather than simply a lottery, it is unknown what the European Union’s response will be. Previous rulings by the EU held that online gambling monopolies that excluded companies from other EU member states were illegal. Whatever comes from this deal, it’s fairly certain that Lithuanian citizens will soon have more choices for online gambling as well as a better and more advanced gaming experience.

Agent Cash Slot at Millionaire Casino

Author: scott  //  Category: Uncategorized

I was kind of excited to find out about the new Agent Cash slot, a slot made by Vegas Technology that can be played at Millionaire Casino. This is an online slot with a spy theme and if there’s one thing I love, it’s spy themes. Whether it’s Jack Bauer on 24, Michael Westen of Burn Notice or the classic James Bond, nothing is cooler than a good spy. Even Chuck Bartowski on Chuck is cool in an extremely geeky kind of way.

The Agent Cash slot follows a spy theme like Bond, the Tom Clancy Jack Ryan characters and more. It features symbols of the super spy, Agent Cash, along with his sexy female companion (like a Bond girl). A few villains, a gun, hot car and more. Basically, it’s all kinds of spy goodness. The game follows Bond more so than the other spy shows and movies, though I guess all recent entries in the spy genre owe a debt to Ian Fleming anyway. The online slot has some cool animations, such as the spy drawing his gun.

The Agent Cash 5-reel slot has a jackpot of 10,000 coins. A fancy sports car is the wild symbol. That symbol unlocks a screen where a blonde woman presents you with a choice of three prizes. Though you don’t know what each bonus is, one is free credits, another is free spins and the third is a second bonus game. If you choose that bonus game, you are taken to a screen where you play cards at a casino table, with your winning bonus determined on the outcome of the game.

If you like cool spy action – and I can’t imagine who wouldn’t, then this could be the game for you. It combines spy thrills, intrigue, drama and of course the potential for some good winnings. To play the Agent Cash slot, visit Millionaire Casino.

William Hill Launches Austrian Website

Author: scott  //  Category: Online Casino

With the help of John Cleese, William Hill is now targeting the new Austrian online gambling market. William Hill, an online betting site based in the U.K., has launched a new Austrian website. To coincide with the launch, William Hill has released a new ad campaign featuring the slogan “Wetten wie die Briten,” which means “Bet like the British.” John Cleese, a Monty Python alumnus and one of the funniest people in the world, is featured in the television campaign.

Not long ago, it was pointless for an overseas company to try to enter the Austrian gambling market, but a lot has changed of late. Earlier this month, shortly after the European Court of Justice ruled that Germany was not allowed to favor local online casinos while excluding foreign competition, they ruled the same way regarding Austria.

Gambling in Austria had been controlled by the state, who had only given out 12 online casino licenses, all to companies run by the state. The European Court of Justice ruled that such a practice discriminates against companies based in other EU member states, which is prohibited under the EU’s free trade agreements.

Thanks to the ECJ ruling, the online gambling monopoly in Austria is no longer allowed, which shouldn’t have come as a surprise since the ECJ ruled the same way about every other gambling monopoly in an EU member state. With the Austrian and German markets now open for foreign competition, you can expect to see a number of other online gambling companies follow William Hill’s lead with aggressive campaigns.

Lucky Red Casino Offering Mid-Week Casino Bonuses

Author: scott  //  Category: Online Casino

One of the great things about Lucky Red Casino is that they always offer some sort of casino bonus. Any day of the week there is some bonus available, and that’s not including the welcome bonus for new members. That’s good for the players, who can earn extra money at any time, and it’s good for money because it means they’re a constant source of news.

From today, September 21, through Thursday, September 23, Lucky Red is offering a mid-week casino bonus that is different depending on your game of choice. Each of the bonuses are unlimited, so you can redeem the coupons as many times as you want.

For fans of online slots and scratch cards, the casino offers an unlimited 60% match bonus on your deposit. The bonus has a limit of $1,000 each, but like I said, you can redeem the coupon as many times as you want. The coupon code for that bonus is PROPOWER.

There is a different bonus for players of blackjack and video poker. Since those games have a lower house edge, the bonus is smaller. The casino is offering a 45% match bonus on your deposit, again with a $1,000 limit on each bonus (though they are unlimited). The coupon code for that bonus is LUCKYWEEK. For any other table games, the bonus is 50%, again with a $1,000 limit. The coupon code for that bonus is BIGWINNING.

Each of the bonuses come with wagering requirements. The slot and scratch card bonus must be wagered at least 25 times before it can be withdrawn. The blackjack and video poker bonus has to be wagered at least 50 times before a cashout is allowed. The other table game bonus must be wagered at least 40 times before you can make a withdrawal.

To take part in the promotion and earn some casino bonuses, visit Lucky Red Casino.

Man Impersonates Gaming Offical for Massages

Author: scott  //  Category: Gambling

It seems that you can’t trust everything you read on Craigslist. My whole world is askew now…Wait, that’s not askew; that’s cockeyed (obligatory Buffy reference). A man in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania was arrested and charged with one count of impersonating a public servant after he was caught taking part in a Craigslist scam.

According to police, Steven Min, a New Jersey resident, posted an ad on Craigslist where he claimed to be a member of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board who worked at the Sands Casino. According to the ad, he was looking for certified massage therapists to serve some of the high rollers in the casino. Before he would hire them, though, he needed to test their skills.

According to police, one woman responded to the Craigslist ad and was told to bring her massage table and supplies to the Sands resort. Min then told her that he was staying at a different hotel in Bethlehem and asked her to meet him there. She masseuse was then supposed to give him a massage to test her skills and Min would pay her $160 for the service. After performing the massage, the woman was paid the promised $160, but when she felt that he wasn’t legitimate, she contacted the police, who informed her that he wasn’t a member of the Gaming Board or an employee of Sands.

Min was then arrested for impersonating a public servant. The whole thing is weird and a little creepy. If he was willing to pay $160 for a massage, why did he lie about his identity to do it? There are plenty of massage therapists he can book for that prize as a simple client. Further research on Min found claims by others that he tried to scam them, each involving a different lie. Police believe that the woman who reported Min is not the only one to fall for the Craigslist scam.

New Microgaming Sports Book to Open

Author: scott  //  Category: Online Casino

There is a new Microgaming-powered sports book on the way to the Internet and it should be welcomed with open arms. The sports book will be part of the respected Jackpot Factory Group, which includes All Slots Casino. The new online sports book will be called All You Bet and, according to the Vice President of Player’s Affairs, with the new website, players “will be able to enjoy all of their sports betting events and casino activities in the same place at any time without any download necessary.”

Though specifics haven’t been divulged, it is believed that once it is launched, All You Bet will offer betting on football, basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, soccer and more. In addition, it would offer a variety of casino games – such as slots, blackjack and roulette – presumably from the All Slots Casino selection of games.

As with All Slots Casino, this new sports betting site would allow players to participate without downloading any software. Instead, they can use the casino’s Flash streaming casino. Since All Slots is also available as a mobile casino, it is likely that All You Bet will at some point become available as a mobile app that you can play from your smartphone as well.

All Slots Casino is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, a regulatory body in Canada that oversees operations within the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake. All Slots Casino uses the respected Microgaming software for their games and has the Safe & Fair Seal of Approval from eCOGRA, the eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance.

Casino Money Management: The Cow Method

Author: scott  //  Category: Online Casino

It’s surprising how many people struggle with a simple thing like money management at an online casino. You hear stories about people blowing all of their money or they’ll win a lot of money playing one game and then lose it right back to the casino. Gambling is something that should always be done responsibly and that’s why I advocate the Cow Method of money management.

I’m sure you never heard of the Cow Method before and that’s because I just came up with it. Still, the next time you play at a casino, whether online or offline, I want you to think like a cow. Well, don’t actually think like them, because they seem stupid (see the Chick-fil-a commercials for an example). Instead, try to manage your money like a cow.

Cows are grazers, but they don’t stand in the field, eat all the grass they can until their stomach is full and then lie down because they’re too stuffed to move. Instead, they eat some grass, digest it in their four-compartment stomach and basically save some parts of it for later. The food that they were unable to digest at first isn’t wasted. Instead, it is regurgitated and chewed as cud. In doing so, their use of food is economical, efficient, conservative and highly regimented. All of those characteristics are key for wise casino money management.

Just as the cow separates easily digested food from that which needs to be regurgitated and digested later, your money needs to be separated. Before you ever log into an online casino or walk into a land-based casino, you should set aside a specific amount of money and, no matter what happens, don’t spend more money than that. That is your wagering money and any money won playing casino games should go in a separate group: won money. If you keep the money separate then the casino has no chance to win back the money you won from them, guaranteeing that you will have at least something to show for your time.

Another bovine betting strategy that you can use is to bet wisely and conservatively. Sure, you can throw a ton of money down on one bet hoping to make big bucks, but I wouldn’t advise it. Instead, just as the cow conserves food, you should bet efficiently, taking the safer bets, avoiding side bets and playing the odds.

I know it may seem strange to take money management advice from a cow, but maybe it’s a good idea. I already listen to their dietary advice and eat a lot of chicken. And when it comes to spending money at a casino, it’s best to be like the cows.

Goblin’s Treasure Slot at Cherry Red Casino

Author: scott  //  Category: Online Casino

Fantasy is big right now in popular culture, including in online casinos. You may have heard something about a new Lord of the Rings slot…yeah, I thought so. Anyway, hoping to capitalize on that fantasy kick is a new Goblin’s Treasure slot at Cherry Red Casino.

Goblin’s Treasure is a new 5-reel slot that has pictures of goblins, ogres, swords, helmets, dragons and more. The background of the game is a scary-looking fantasy world that looks pre-historic, full of volcanoes and a red sky.

In this online slot, the goblin is the wild symbol. Goblins only appear on the first reel. When goblins appear on that reel, you get a multiplier, but by how much your money is multiplied depends on how many goblins there are. The goblin symbol can show from one to five goblins and the number of goblins determines your multiplier. The treasure chest is the other multiplier and it appears only on the fifth reel. If both wild symbols appear on the reels, a free spin bonus round is unlocked and you are automatically awarded 15 free spins. During the free spin bonus, your winnings are multiplied, the amount of which is again determined by the number of goblins.

The Goblin’s Treasure slot is a progressive slot, so the jackpot increases over time if it is not hit. The game can be played using coins from $0.01 to $5 and players can wager on up to 25 paylines.

It may not be as exciting as the Lord of the Rings slot, but Goblin’s Treasure is a fun fantasy slot if you’re into that kind of thing. To play the new game, visit Cherry Red Casino.
